Review summary

We have taken many cruises before but this particular cruise we went with my in-laws and they raved about the experience they had with booking a room with the Haven. We decided to join them and we were not disappointed. Wish that every cruise ship had this as an option. NCL has created a niche in creating a first class way to do cruises and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We actually left the boat at all 3 ports and decided to just go back and enjoy the boat instead.

The food was very good, not one issue with any restaurant

Fitness center was in great shape, full line of strength equipment and cardio equipment. Not a lot of free weights and when the ship is out to sea, place is very busy

The staff did a wonderful job with everything. They were very busy but were still very attentive

Ship was in great shape, although it was built in 2010, it did not show its age. Some things need a little extra time to fix but the staff was always working

Cabin / Stateroom

The Haven spa suite was great for my wife and I. Probably didn't need the tub as much as we first thought. We kept pretty busy on the ship and spent very little time in the cabin

Ship tip

I would recommend booking any trip with the Haven. This was like having our own part of the ship far away from the crowds. If you like a little pampering, this is the only way to go on a cruise

This couldn't of gone better using the Haven. We were met at the elevator and taken behind the scenes to the exit of the boat away from all of the crowds.

This is great to hear! We are in Haven 16007 heading to the Mediterranean in 3 weeks. This will be our second experience in the Haven...will be hard to go back to a mini-suite! Any other suggestions for the Haven? Thanks for the review!
