Very disappointed with the EPIC in general. Too crowded. Could never get a seat at any of the bars. Venues were too small and could not enjoy the shows. Stateroom was a terrible floor plan.

Terrible. No one knew where we should go (we are Sapphire with NCL) and the lines were long and the help was inexperienced and were not helpful.

Another questionable review on the Epic. I guessing people book this ship just to get on this app to complain. I was on the Epic for a transatlantic to Barcelona and had a great time with great service. My only issue was with the cabin layout, but as a single cruiser, it didn't really matter. I only saw my cabin steward a couple of times, but personally, if I never see them, that's okay too, since all I care about is coming back to a clean cabin with clean towels. I don't understand why people go on cruises and just nit pick every petty issue and then complain how bad the cruise was, when in reality, they were the ones who ruined the cruise. BTW, I think a person who chooses to get off ship early, because of petty whining is only making things worse for themselves and wasting money.

Well, that doesn't give me much hope. We are sailing on the Epic in three weeks. It can't be any worse than our last experience with NCL, though. One missed port-of-call. Several hours late to another. Five cancelled excursions. Some of the onboard entertainment was cancelled. Dining was hit or miss. It was my wife's first visit to Alaska and I was hoping that we would bring back some great souvenirs and amazing memories. Instead, all we brought back was an empty wallet, with absolutely nothing to show for it, and COVID-19.

The design of the room was horrible a commode with no sink the sink was on the other side of the room with a curtain separating the bed from the sink the only thing that made it bearable was our Cabin Stewart who was amazing and made the week bearable thanks to him we finished our cruise since my wife wanted to leave at the next port.
