Review summary

Very disappointed with the staff, cabin, pool, activities... everything. I do no recommend this ship to anyone. Ive been on Norwegian before and loved it, I just do not recommend Norwegian Epic. The layout is a joke, the pool is a joke and the side of my kitchen table, the staff always seemed annoyed, the ship was rocking and bumpy when it was calm and sunny out, just a wasted trip.

The ship was VERY rocky, we missed an entire Island, the pools were closed almost the entire trip and when they were open there were kids EVERYWHERE. No adult sections. The staff was rude and not happy. overall very disappointed.

Design is AWFUL!!!! You can tell this is an old ship, the pool is a joke. It was very clean though.

Our bed was two twin beds pushed together, very uncomfortable. You can feel the engine under you vibrating your entire bed all night

Ship tip

Get a whole new staff and make us feel more welcomed. Do more DJing at the pool. Open the pool. Make the pool Adults only. More contest/entertainment

Skipped this stop. They said because of hurricane but I had friends out there that said it was perfectly sunny and no hurricane.

You are spot on! NCL Epic is trash! Might as well gone on a Carnival cruise or stayed at a Motel 6.

I was on the same cruise and had a total different experience. Staff was amazing. We did have a few hiccups along the way but you can't control the weather or mechanical issues.

The Epic is a dumpster fire. It should be scuttled. Spot on review. The ship is off balance too from adding that Frankenstein forehead thing on the top, so yes, it flops around even in still water.

Sounds to me, cruising isn't for you, since you complained about every little petty issue you could. I was on the Epic years ago, and my only issue was with the cabins bathroom layout, but otherwise, it was a great ship with great food and service. If you don't like kids running around or rocking seas, then do better planning to avoid when kids may be on ship or during hurricane season.

Horrible, not happy!

Very disappointed with the EPIC in general. Too crowded. Could never get a seat at any of the bars. Venues were too small and could not enjoy the shows. Stateroom was a terrible floor plan.
