Overall we had a great time on the cruise. BUT NCL need to do some training with their customer service staff pre-cruise.

We enjoyed both the main dining rooms, buffets and the specialty restaurants. Our only issue is that the person who took our reservation for the specialty restaurants screwed up the time, days and restaurants which would not have been a big issue except we had specifically requested the Italian restaurant and ended up with the Brazilian. BTW the Brazilian restaurant was really good so it worked out. Both virgin and non virgin Pina Coladas were so good!

The service was great. We had an issue with the battery on my cousin scoter not charging so we called the company and someone from the ship was at our door within minutes to pick up the scoter and within 30 minutes he returned with a new one ( guess they have then on board). The wheel on my suitcase came off I took it down to the service desk and they had someone to fix it and I was able to pick it up later in the day. Our cabin steward was amazing!!!

The layout and design of the ship was okay, can't think of anything that I would complain about.
Cabin / Stateroom

We had an accessible cabin that was quite roomy. The layout isn't that great but it was very comfortable. I took one star away for the bathroom door and room layout. The concept was good but they should rethink the type (see through) of material used for the door or a dark glass.
Ship tip
Don't expect any privacy while using the bathroom.
Thanks for your review. Somehow during the pandemic, customer service was one of the things lost. I have read many reviews saying that customer service is non existing now.
