We did the basic excursion that was part of the bundle through the ship. We loved Florence and Pisa was interesting too although it rained buckets at the end of this part of the excursion.
This excursion was part of the bundle of excursions through the ship. The guide on this one was the best guide of the whole trip. The cathedral here is the most beautiful I have seen anywhere.
The Haven concierge escorted us to the exit but then we had to line up with the other passengers leaving the ship. On previous cruises in the Haven, the concierge escorted the Haven passengers to the head of the line to get off quickly. It wasn't a very long line though so no real issues. We had waited until 9:30 to disembark because we were staying in Barcelona a few extra days.
