I had a spa pass. I love the spa on the Epic, but was a little disappointed. The hot tubs were warm and the heated lounges were cool.

Didn’t spend a lot of time in the lounges, but the musicians I did see were good. Especially the young gal on the violin. She was amazing!
Service and Staff

Most of the personnel was fabulous. The only exception was the Solo Cruise Host. She did nothing to enhance the solo experience. Unless you were in the Solo Lounge at 5:30 - 5:45 you wouldn’t see her. Some people didn’t even know there was a host.
I did a short tour around the city. It did not appear to be very clean. The noise and the traffic was horrendous! Took a trip to Herculaneum. That was fantastic. A great alternative to the excursion to Pompeii if you don’t want to do a full day.
Florence is a lovely city, but too much time is spent at the Gold Market. All the tours are there at the same time.
Pisa is a very short visit with too many people.
They toss you off way too early in the am. If you take their shuttle to the airport you end up spending hours there. I think next time I will stay in Barcelona for a day or two at the end of the trip.
