Review summary

Our cabin was $4200 and we couldn't even get complimentary water,,,very angry about this. Only my girlfriend got the $150 credit for booking excursions and not me. Yea,,,I will Never use Norwegian again. My family of 22 will take Royal Carribean from now on.

And while you'll get water included in the drink package on Royal, you are paying for the drink package not getting it as a perk. You also aren't getting any credit towards excursions through Royal.

It's stated clearly when you book that it is $50 excursion credit PER CABIN, so yes it goes on one person's account if you booked and excursion through ncl. Take a water bottle or buy a water package.

I've paid just over £13 for 6 bottles of water. Didn't think anything of it - I know NCL won't give it to me. Am in the studios. Wouldn't expect extras for that type of cabin but were you in a superior suite?

Just fill up your water bottle in the sink. I don't see how NCL will stay in business now or finish construction of the Encore and $100M Miami terminal without you and your 21 family members. Ummm, buh-bye.

Why would you expect them to give you free bottled water and not everyone else? $4200 for a European cruise is not crazy money. Didn't understand booking credit. I know most of the time it's per room not per person. I don't think I would let some bottled water ruin my cruise.
