Review summary
The ship was 90 min late leaving, water problems. The 2nd day my toilet overflowed and they didn't fix it until that night. Your guest service people didn't know a lot of questions, need more training. An ice carving, chocolate presentation or something special would be nice. We had lobster and crab on other cruises. Also a selection of music on the TV and variety of free movies. Pool was disappointing (geared for kids) Your food was good but nothing exceptional. My steward was excellent, Rm 12507 I believe her name was Ashna. I don't think I will go on Norwegian again if I have a choice of another oneEmbarkation
