Review summary

Outside paint chipping in port resulted in paint chips in our food while dining on the pool deck. Never met our room steward and only got 2 towel animals during whole week. Seems that Norwegian is cutting back.

Was in the Epic in 2016 and 2017. Never had any problems. Cabins were done everyday. It was a very clean ship.

We were on the Epic in 2015. Got two towel animals and room got made up 3 times in 7 days. It is a common complaint about the Epic specifically. We avoided the big ships until now fearing it would be more of the same but based on reviews it's mostly the Epic with consistant issues.

I still remember our room stewards name from almost 8 years ago on the Epic. We never did meet the steward on the Escape in 2016.
