Review summary
This was our first time cruising on the Epic and while we found the ship beautiful we learned that a bigger ship is just not to our liking. The breakfast buffet was a nightmare of people and a disorganized layout of food. I wound up walking around it several times before I found everything I wanted and even returning again the next day didn't make the experience any easier. We learned that at the Irish O'Sheehans we could get seated quickly and the small menu fit our tastes for what we wanted in breakfast fare without all the mass of people. The service was fast and we could pretty much order what we wanted, prepared how we wanted...as long as the food item was on the menu I could order it. We also tried breakfast at the Taste restaurant and found it better than the throngs of people at the buffet.Embarkation
