Review summary
The ship is modern and clean. It's big (13 largest in the world, I think), but never felt chaotic or overcrowded. The first full day was the day at sea, and we were tired from travelling. We slept until 9:30, got into swimwear, and headed up to deck 15 (pool deck). It took 10 minutes to find lounge chairs since we had a late start. There were two breakfasts at the buffet that seemed a little frantic because many people chose that option. Otherwise, the quantity of people was not a problem. Our cabin steward was amazing. The staff are pleasant and almost always say hello when passing by. The food was very good, and the options changed enough to keep us interested. We really like the formal dining venue "Taste". The Mediterranean cruise was amazing. We agreed that it was like a lifetime of vacations in a single trip. Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast, Rome, Pisa, Tuscany, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Palma de Mallorca. All were wonderful. We booked every excursion through NCL. It was more expensive to book through them rather than independently, but we wanted the confidence of the ship waiting for us if we returned late, and all of them were of high quality. I have nothing negative to say about the entire cruise. Thank you, NCL!Embarkation
