This cruise should be taken for the ports of call. The ship was mediocre at best. It was lacking in onboard entertainment unless you liked playing bingo.

Take this cruise for the ports of call...not the ship.
Livorno wasn't easy to navigate. Having to take the city bus and train to Pisa was easy enough to do but transportation wasn't readily available unless planned in advance.
Couldn’t disagree more about the entertainment. What about the comedian, the shows, the nightclub, the films they show, the bands that play and there is always something going on in the Atrium. We loved the Epic because there was always something going on!
It's must not have been that bad because you still gave it 4 stars. I was on that ship in January and I honestly loved it. A lot to do maybe just not in your taste.
