Review summary

the cruise Was great until customer service/management decided to berate and embarrass us. we just wanted from guidance and help from where to go from there and we were instead humiliated with loud voices and aggressive gestures.

Service from waiters and our room stewards were amazing and great, however customer service and help were no help and made us feel inferior and stupid. someone in our party was pickpocketed/lost their wallet on the ship and when we brought our concerns to the customer service desk the manager proceeded to berate us and threaten us with a personal invasive search of our cabin if we did not retract our statements over a lost wallet. However mostly all the servers in restaurants were very kind and helpful as well as our room steward.
