Service and Staff

The ship's staff was amazing, except for the people at the customer service desk. The waiters and serves and room stewards had great attitudes and were very kind to everyone. However in Palma, my father found that his wallet was lost or stolen on the cruise and when we went to inquire about it at the guest services desk we were met with a representative who threatened us with personal invasive searches of our cabin and our selves when we wanted to see if there was anything they could do for us. This ruined our trip and has ruined our opinion of our formerly favorite cruise line.

Ship tip

Don't lose your wallet on the ship or else you will be subjected to humiliation and threatened in front of everyone.
