NCL was disgraceful as our stress levels were greater upon disembarking than embarking. We expected so much better.

Great staff, beautiful ship only way to large for me! Also, parking at garage in Port of Miami was a nightmare! Took over 90 minutes just to exit the garage! Never again!

Norwegian takes the lion’s share of guest’s tips given to casino dealers. This is abhorrent.

The ship was nice, it rocked a lot more then any of the cruises we’ve been on before, a number of guests were complaining about the rocking, we talked to numerous guests who said they’ve cruised way more then we did and this cruise definitely “rocked” way more then any other they have been on. If you don’t make reservations for events and dining before the cruise plan on eating at the buffet for the majority of your trip. Majority of the staff is super friendly and the ship was clean.

I would do it all over again. Absolutely loved it. This was my first cruise so I have nothing to compare to. But I will definitely do it again.

As soon as we were back home, we started planningour next NCL cruise. We loved it!

Overall, we had a great trip and enjoyed it. I’m disappointed in NCL and may not cruise with them again, unless they improve service and entertainment.

My mom’s 91st birthday cruise. Was awesome. We splurged and got a haven aft balcony suite. It was an amazing experience in the haven. No crowd, personal service, easy on and off the ship. I was traveling with my 91 year old mom and my sister in law who just had shoulder surgery. We kept it mellow and mostly hung out on the haven sun deck or our lovely balcony. I can’t find anything negative to say about this cruise. I have never been so pampered before.

Was a great time. Enjoyed everything. Fav stop was the Dominican Republic, surprisingly. Never left the port.

Once we made it to our 11-day cruise on day 9, it was amazing. Loved our stops and missed Christmas on board, but the New Years party was fun. Overall, it was a fun cruise. I missed having a sports court and mini golf.

My family and I really had no major complaints. It is a beautiful ship, very clean, great staff members and the itinerary allowed us to enjoy islands from our bucket list. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. Thank you NCL. 😊

Would not return to encore. Staff was SO unhappy. Not fun like we are used to with NCL.

Ship food, service and rooms were all excellent. Excellent evening shows as well.

Everything very organized on the cruise very clean and tidy we loved the meals the service of the crew and very welcoming and beautiful the places we visited. This was a relaxing cruise for me and one that I would pick for a slow, chill vacation. To me, it isn’t for active kids/teenagers. I will plan another cruise with just myself, the spa and a balcony!

The ship was wonderful, enjoyed the entertainment. Love the Beatles, Guns and Rojas. The food was Great. All and all a great trip. Ketchikan boat dock is too far from town 20 minutes. Missed the bus coming back to ship because the lines for bus were to long and went shopping. Came out and missed the last bus to ship had to take a taxi. $50 along with missing our tour earlier that day. Expensive port for us.

This journey far exceeded my expectations for my first cruise ever. I traveled solo but I was always making friends and meeting new people I never felt “alone”. It was a remarkable experience on a beautiful ship with a fantastic crew and food to boot
