Review summary

NCL was disgraceful as our stress levels were greater upon disembarking than embarking. We expected so much better.

We had adjoining cabins with other family members. Our cabin had a horrendous noise the first two nights resulting in a complete lack of sleep until we were moved to a lesser cabin without our beautiful view. More importantly, we were separated from our family. The engineers couldn’t find the source of the noise, and Guest Services was uncaring and apathetic.
