Ship was only at half capacity so there was plenty of opportunities to attend the shows and make dinner reservations. Very clean!

Even though we caught COVID on the ship, all in all we had a blast on this cruise. The NCL Encore is a huge beautiful ship with a race track, water slide (we did not do either) and huge VR room. The food was spectacular! The entertainment top notch. The VIBE was a sanctuary, private bar, excellent personal service and 2 hot tubs that were rarely used. A sailing thru the Panama Canal has always been a bucket list trip as my Dad worked on it with the Army Corps of Engineers. We booked the Encore next summer for an Alaska cruise and are looking forward to it!

Overall a good cruise. Nice ship, great food & entertainment. Had a good time.

Suggestion….refresh and update questions in Newly Newlyweds game and other couple shows…same on all ships. Continue training of new staff, especially shore excursion staff, still waiting on explanation why my account is overcharged.

The cruise was to Celebrate 3 April Bdays (mine incl) but really for my cousin's 40th.... so the ship & date was his choice 🤷‍♀️. We all had a good time, as Always! My Only real complaints are... for NCL to get rid of DJ Big Poppa(he was horrible.... idc how many 20 somethings were on the dance floor), 1 round of laser tag & 1 round of the Speedway should be included with the price of the cruise & that my Future Ex Husband Didn't Find Me 😢😫😂

Beautiful ship but no sports bar only 1 sports channel anywhere on the whole ship. The dinning wasn’t good very disappointed. The shows we did see were great speciality dinning was great but we couldn’t afford to pay extra to eat every night

Wonderful cruise! The worst part of my vacation was the driving due to our flights being cancelled! We are booked again for November! Love love love this ship!!!

The cruise director Dan Dan and assistant Alex are great. They made the cruise so much fun. The skillet cornbread is wonderful, I wish I had some now. The beachfront sofa is the perfect place to hang out on a lazy day.

We had a great time!! Loved the entertainment, pool and our first balcony cabin. The overall vibe from passengers wasn’t good as a lot were from a cancelled cruise and they had issues getting to the ship, so listening to them was a little disheartening. Other than that, it was a great trip and I’d do it again in a heartbeat!!

Coffee was awful, they didn't have coffee creamer 4 days, shore tour dedk person outright lied to me, only 1 main show Chour of Men it was good, food mostly excellent, hotel and restsurant service staff excellent

The port terminal is a beautiful building,but not a good functioning one.They put all the money into the look,but forgot about all the people that would be using the building and only put in one bathroom each for men and women.I really hope they fix this issue sooner rather than later.

This was a fabulous cruise. We put down two deposits for future cruises and are looking into this same cruise over winter break with our children, assuming childcare is open again. I highly recommend Norwegian!!

We love NCL and are Platinum members. It was not our favorite ship but was a great cruise!

Overall it was a great cruise. Entertainment far surpassed RC, MSC, Celebrity, and Princess. Food was great with the exception of Teppanyaki place. Drinks on the drink package were great! Staff was super friendly! No bottled water on the drink package was kinda cheapo. Room had a great bed and was fine size, and had a great location. Ports of call were nothing special. Their private island was ok- no umbrella unless purchased which sucked. And I hate tender travel so that was yucky. Charging $5 for a bottle of water and sticking you out in the sun? Hmmm.

Was better than we ever expected! No complaints other than the price dropped significantly compared to our booking price we paid and we never received any perks or credits to make up for this, but we heard others had.

We had a very relaxing week on board the Encore. The food and service was great. We met a lot of nice people and got to experience many nice ports. I would do this cruise again

The change in our itinerary a bit disappointing, however not unexpected. We dropped Puerto Plata DR and picked up Nassau Bahamas. Being a pandemic cruise experience were at 45% passenger capacity with some I wouldn't say many children. The crew was happy to be there, most passengers were pleasant and happy to be there. It was great time. Reservations were flexible, elevators were not hard to come by and I made both shows (kinky boots & Choir of Man) with no problems, ther were seats amiable in both showings I saw. I loved listening to the Tempature band out of Jamaica on the deck, on GSC and in the atrium, they played oldies but goodies, reggae, pop, Motown and R&B. They were an absolute highlight of the cruise for me. I had a great time and can't wait to cruise NCL again.

This was one of our best cruses we have done. The staff was just great. I wish I could have stayed on for another week. I honestly did not want to leave, they made us feel like we were family.
