Overall we had a good time the service was just not what I have had on past NCL ships or other cruise lines.

Review summary

Overall we enjoyed ourselves. I have have personal had better service on other cruise ships. I personally just don’t think they were prepared for a full boat of people.

I honestly felt bad for the staff it seemed that they were overwhelmed at the amount of people onboard. We would sometimes receive food before every receiving drinks. We would receive appetizers and meals all at once. There would be times we would sit down and it was like someone forgot to tell them they assigned us to their section the waiters would just walk by us. The bars would run out of mixers and different liquors at the pool deck.
