Review summary

Very bad cruise, 2 small pools for the amount of people, the FreeStyle is a disaster making queues to eat and poor quality food, night activities without variety and repeat the shows on a ship of 7 days, the internet expensive and poor connection and to conclude the staff serves you badly..... lost my money, my 7 days with family. YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME ON YOUR NORWEGIAN SHIPS AGAIN.

NCL is one of our favorite cruise lines, and we have been on them 10+ times. We have always had great food and service.

I was in your same sailing and had a fantastic time. Only place with slow service was The Local at shift changes. The food was really good. Even when supposedly crowded, there was always room at the pool. The live music was phenomenal all over the ship in different venues. Choir of Man and Beatles show were great. Your whole review seems to me like you were on another ship entirely, or just didn’t bother to look at all the available options once you made up your mind that you were having a bad time.
