Overall, 4 out of 5 stars. The Encore is a great ship, the staff care was very good. Just wish the excursions were better.

Besides the wait staff at Los Lobos, everything else was above expectations highly. I was very impressed

There was very little clutter or garbage anywhere on the ship. I was very surprised.
Cabin / Stateroom

I could have sworn I ordered a bigger cabin that I got, but I wasn't really in there that much. The balcony is a must on a cruise, that is a definite. Housekeeping and room service were very nice, polite, and on time.
Ship tip
Make sure you book a balcony, and upgrade your drink experience. Watch yourself at the casino, its easy to just to tap the card to get more funds on the machine!
It was kind of like they had us trapped on the wrong deck. And then whenever they said we go to the right deck, they wouldn't let us the stairs, only the elevators. Totally dumb.
