Review summary

Was an amazing first experience. It was a bit crowded at times especially in the main public areas, but I have never had service and entertainment of such an amazing caliber before. I would absolutely recement it to others.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
I Think Le Bistro, had the best tasting lam I have ever eaten in my entire life, and this is not an exaggeration. The Service was also amazing, and the experience as a whole was the best I've yet to experience anywhere. The rest of the food we had was undoubtably high quality and delicious as well, but the service was the highlight for certain.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The On-board activities looked fun but we had trouble figuring out how the on-board reservations for some of them worked so we didn't do any of the events as they were sold out day one. We regret not getting the week long Spa package though, we passed it up because it is not normally something we enjoy but I have never seen a more relaxing set up, I wish we had given it a chance.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We really enjoyed the shows, Choir of Man, The crew Q&A's, the musicians in the bars and lounges, and the on-board game shows like the fruit cutting demonstration and cake decorating competition were some of the high lights, but there wasn't an event we didn't enjoy.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
I wish I could give them 10 stars. They all deserve all the Parise in the world for the service they provide on this ship.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Everything was immaculate. Especially considering the sheer number of guests it was beyond impressive how spotless they kept everything. From the floors to the glass wear to the uniforms, Spotless and beautiful, all of it.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our Room manager, Sivasangaranarayanan Murugan, did an amazing job. The room was kept cozy and clean.

Ship tip

The Lazer tag and speedway reservations are made day 1 on the boat. If you want to use the on-board entertainment, be sure to check where to make reservations ASAP.

Ports of call

Seattle, Washington

Very Busy and somewhat hard to navigate in. Can be overwhelming but has a lot of cool museums and walks that are worth seeing. I highly recommend Pike place Market and the Pop culture Museum.

Juneau, Alaska

5 out of 5
Big town in Alaska. Even if you just want to take the Shuttle to the town center and back its worth the commentary from the experienced drivers and guides who work the shuttles. But there are lots of things to do and see at every stop on this trip.

Skagway, Alaska

Small but fun. We took a ferry to Visit Haines Alaska because it is where my husband used to visit his grandparents when he was little.

Cruise Glacier Bay

5 out of 5
The captain did a wonderful job navigating and turning around in the bay. We got lots of cool pictures and had a great time.

KETCHIKAN (WARD COVE), ALASKA

We saw the lumberjack show and really enjoyed it.

Victoria, British Columbia

The food and sights were so cool, but it was a short stop, so we didn't do too much exploring for fear of missing our cruse home.

Disembarkation

Easy and fast.
