I went on this cruise with my 2 sisters and mother. My Mom is getting up there in age and one of my sisters is handicapped. Both Mom and my sister do require a wheel chair at times. Otherwise they are comforatble getting around with the use of canes. I have to say that the staff on the Dawn was extremely attentive and respectful. This does not always occur for people that require assistance. I know as I have traveled often with my sister and sometimes have been truly amazed how she will be treated. She is not a child, she is 58 years old. Her hearing is fine. She is capable of making all her own decisions. Clearly your staff has been trained to make the right moves. And they did at every turn. The steward we had for our rooms, Larry, was wonderful. My mother really enjoyed getting to know him a little. Thought he was an "exceptional" young man. We all enjoyed the entertainment very much. It was so much better than I expected. None of the shows or live musical entertainment disappointed in the least. We also enjoyed the cruise director, Matt. Good energy and a very talented fellow as well. The first morning we were there we woke up to Matt singing "You Are My Sunshine." That was my Dad's favorite song. My Mom took "us girls" on this cruise as a way to celebrate my Dad who had recently died. My parents loved cruising and especially this area at this time of year. My Mom wanted "us girls" to see what they had so enjoyed. Little did Matt know that waking us up with that song on that first morning was so special to all of us.

they made you feel like family from the time we arrived. entertainment was top shelf our cabin was always taken care of . on top of that the water was like glass very smoth trip. over all one of the best crusis we were on along with our cruise to alaska. i rate ncl top shelf

everything on this cruise was wonderful , food, shows, restaurants, cabin, , hospitality, what ever and when ever attitude

The Dawn is a beautiful ship, lots of things to do onboard, entertainment was wonderful, staff very friendly and helpful throughout the ship.

Ship decor was fine, and service ok to good. Food mediocre at best and same menu for lunch. All public places a zoo with kids, noise, and smoke on every outer deck everywhere. I paid for spa $99 for week so I could exercise in pool and get away from Coney Island deck. Everything is geared to families and kids. We'll never do a mini-suite again because our balcony was not fully enclosed and we were surrounded by smokers and kids. We couldn't even open our cabin door a good part of the time. They should have smoking on one side of the ship only (cabins and open decks) Also, we always enjoyed sharing a table and meeting new people every night but were told they weren't doing sharing because of too many families so all couples were relegated to the sides of the dining room at the Venetian. The food was mediocre at best but the entertainment was terrific. The comedian and host were great. NCL needs to give some serious thought to providing for couples in the summer and stop just telling us to go at another time, like a few weeks out of the year when there are no holidays, spring breaks, etc.

We had a great time on the ship and in Bermuda. The staff onboard took great care of us.

The ship, staff and overall service was excellent! Bermuda was perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and beaches.

The food is good. Love Bermuda. But the waiting in the restaurant is too long.

Was a terrific experience except seriously impacted negatively by noise coming down from floor above all throughout night, every night from preparation work for next day. NCL/Cruises Only did know or should have known that there are rooms with noise problems and we should have been informed prior to ticket purchase. For us to be stuck in a room for 7 nights being awakened by noise disturbances off and on from not having been advised earlier was an unforgivable mistake on the part of management. NCL should price rooms with built-in problems lower than regular rooms and advise prior to ticket purchase.

I would definitely recommend Norwegian Dawn both the ship and location, Bermuda. Our ship's director was Matt Baker and he was the funniest, most amazing entertainer .. he was involved in shows, game shows and played the best harmonica I have ever heard. Our only slight disappointment was the food. The food was always lukewarm and 1 night I ordered the portobello mushroom appetizer and it was the size of a baby bella and only 1 on the plate! The specialty restaurant seemed to have the same chef as the regular ones because same lukewarm temperature and tasted basic.

We were delighted to have experienced our first trip with Norwegian Dawn to Bermuda. I have taken many cruises and this one was a delight. The staff, service and food were great! The entertainment was first class and the cabins were a good size. I highly recommend sailing with Norwegian and look forward to my next one.

This was the most amazing week of our lives! Absolutely everything was perfect and the crew aboard the Norwegian Dawn goes out of their way to make sure you are happy and have everything you want. Nothing ever went wrong nor did we ever have any complaints. The shows were amazing and there was constant entertainment in all of the lounges. The food was fantastic and the service in the restaurants was better than any restaurant that I have been to. We came back and began searching for our next cruise (which we will only go on from Norwegian)!!

Overall the cruise was good. One aspect that we weren't too happy with was the wait for dinner at Aqua. I guess we prefer set dining times with the same wait staff instead of Freestyling!

This was a great cruise with an outstanding vessel and crew. The level of service was outstanding, and the variety of activities available made this a perfect cruise for all ages. The food was actually better than we expected it was going to be and we loved the "Free Style" theme of NCL. The only surly employee we encountered was in the internet cafe. Very unpleasant person, and we felt the charges were much to expensive. We just wanted to do our flight check-in and print out our boarding passes - would have cost us over $20 to do that. However, we would gladly recommend this cruise to anyone. The upgrade to the "Romantic Suite" was well worth th extra expense.

Food was the same everyday....No variety.....Service was mediocre @ best....lines every night for dinner w/ this "Freestyle Dining"

Excellent cruise to King's Wharf, Bermuda from NYC. No hassles from embarkation to disembarkation. Excellent food, activities, shore excursions!!!

the ship was nice but the service was really bad worker was moody and asking for a picture to be taken bothers them they need customer service classes before they start working and its not just one its all of them.

The ship was beautiful and well maintained. We had a Mini Suit which was a great size for us to spread out. LOVED our balcony, so relaxing.

I have to say that I missed Carnival's quality and service during my time onboard the Norwegian Dawn. The layout of the ship is confusing. The stateroom only has 1 electrical outlet. Little storage in stateroom and bathroom in balcony room. Beach towels were stained yellow, and even if you swapped them out, they still had stains. I had to continuously remind our stewards to replenish our coffeepot with supplies, as well as provide towels. They would only replenish once a day. Stewards would enter stateroom even if you had the do not disturb sign on the door. The aft elevators smelled like fish. Food quality was not impressive. With this freestyle dining you can wear blue jeans to the dining room, but can not wear bermuda shorts. Does this make sense? The locker room area, you need to pay extra money to get in.
