Review summary

This was a great cruise with an outstanding vessel and crew. The level of service was outstanding, and the variety of activities available made this a perfect cruise for all ages. The food was actually better than we expected it was going to be and we loved the "Free Style" theme of NCL. The only surly employee we encountered was in the internet cafe. Very unpleasant person, and we felt the charges were much to expensive. We just wanted to do our flight check-in and print out our boarding passes - would have cost us over $20 to do that. However, we would gladly recommend this cruise to anyone. The upgrade to the "Romantic Suite" was well worth th extra expense.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Although we understood why they would handle things this way, we just noticed that some of the items in the "speciialty" restaurants were the same things you got in the main dining room or elsewhere. We felt if you are paying extra for the specialty aspect, then all items should be unique to that particular venue.
