Was a terrific experience except seriously impacted negatively by noise coming down from floor above all throughout night, every night from preparation work for next day. NCL/ did know or should have known that there are rooms with noise problems and we should have been informed prior to ticket purchase. For us to be stuck in a room for 7 nights being awakened by noise disturbances off and on from not having been advised earlier was an unforgivable mistake on the part of management. NCL should price rooms with built-in problems lower than regular rooms and advise prior to ticket purchase.
