we had a wonderfull time on the norwegian dawn. The ship was beautifull and the staff were very friendly. I felt our cruise directors Paul and Meaghan were extremely active with the passengers and did a fantastic job keeping everyone entertainer....we will definatly being cruising with them again!

For the price a great cruise, but for my "perfect" cruise experience I much prefer Carnival.

We have taken three cruises with three different cruiselines. This ship was more than adequate. Everyday we commented that the extra money that we spent to upgrade to a balcony cabin was worth every penny.

This cruise was to celebrate my father's 85th birthday. We had three balcony cabins on deck nine. There were three generations on board and everone had a great time. The food, wine and fun was there for all to enjoy anytime, or we could read quietly on our balcony. It was great.

The usual mainstream cruise. What I don't like is still there! Overall quality, (from 20 or so years ago), continues to slip a little every year!

We have sailed on the Dawn 4 times. We are always happy with the itinerary, entertainment and staff. The food is fine, but some complain it is not elegant. I am not looking for elegance, I seek value. You can't beat NCL for a terrific experience at a great price.

The overall first experience was excellent. My wife had been on cruises before but this was my first. The cruise director was excellent, and if there is any complaints they would be; 1. The food was not the best though it was plentiful. 2. We had smokers on each side of us which took away the beautiful scenery we wanted to observe because the smoke came over to our cabin, and we had to close the doors. We also listened to the people coughing all day and night.

The ship was very nice, clean, great food. The cruise director did his best to hide from everyone - his idea of a funny joke was to insult someone - not too funny - his assistant was fantastic. They ripped me off in the internet cafe -the manager of the cafe was never there when it was posted on the schedule he would be there -I paid $27. for 12 minutes on the internet and I couldn't get the front desk to adjust it -"the manager" had to do it and you couldn't get off the ship unless your bill was paid, so there was no option but to pay the bill and hope I get reimbursed when I get the bill on my credit card - not a good system.

Had a nice main dining room and theater. The promenade deck was sub par. When traceling slow the ship twisted and creaked alot, making it difficult to sleep.

We have sailed on the Boston to Bermuda cruise 6 times, with the Majesty, The Dream, The Spirit and now The Dawn. The Dawn was great. It was recently refurbished and had a clean, new feeling about it. There is only one pool which was extremely crowded but there was both sun and shade in the area.
