we had a wonderfull time on the norwegian dawn. The ship was beautifull and the staff were very friendly. I felt our cruise directors Paul and Meaghan were extremely active with the passengers and did a fantastic job keeping everyone entertainer....we will definatly being cruising with them again!Ship experiences

Pros: loved all the differennt excurions and activities that were offered, never a dull moment!
Cons: the first night we were in our room, the air conditioning did not work, but i called the next day and they sent a tech right up to fix it!
