Very up-to-date after refurbishing. Clean, modern. Attentive crew, especially officers (may be due to Costa accident).

The ship was fine, nothing bad, nothing excellant

The shows were awesome! Great customer service, port stops and a nice layout of the ship. Love the Dawn!

We've been on the Dawn 3 times and it's a favorite, but not happy that they replaced the Observation Lounge and the Game Room.

Shows were good, but there wasn't really much else to do. Charges for everything even Bingo!

The ship was too cold, drafty and too much A/C. The entertainment was TOO LOUD and the theater was freezing.

Honestly, the ship was very clean, the food was great, the staff was FANTASTIC!! Our room was wonderful!

We have traveled many times on ships only Princess and Celebrity. No comparision. I had to call several times to the front desk. The curtain was torn. Mold all over the deck and I am highly allergic being treated for it twice a week (injections). Two different deck chairs and shabby. Rug was stained very badly near door and covered with another badly stained throw. Smells coming from the bathroom then corrected then reoccured twice again. Very bad room. Should have been MOVED!!!! Dining room kept being changed (times) even shut one morning to entertain the CREW. Was not worn to go near the monkeys that were at the gates in the port where people were posing withe them. The tourists were all taking pictures and the tourists guards, port masters and police were all there. I took a picture and not one but the two monkeys I was with for less than 30 seconds bit me. Had to see the ship doctor. Get a shot. Worried the rest of the trip. See infectious disease doctor today. Still worrying and looking for signs. Other friends were on a different ship at the same time I learned today and they were warned by their Ship not to go near the monkeys. It is the crusie director's responsibilitie's to worn the passengers. They are good about announcing about money they can make on selling rain gear when the clouds come out!!!!! This cruise left a lot to be desired. I am extremely disappointed and now extremely concerned about my health. I was charged $200.00 also for the dr appt and should not have been charged a dime.

I liked the cleanliness of the ship. I did not like the new Spinnaker Lounge. I have been on this ship twice and feel that by making more rooms and moving the lounge to a "no window" back of the ship has compromised the quality of this ship. I would probably try a different ship because the windows in the lounge really impressed me and I really missed them.

It was larger than I had expected, plenty to do. The spa package was the best, most relaxing purchase we made. We will always buy the package on every cruise! The offd ws good the Steakhouse was excellent! The ice cream in several locations was a nice treat, as well as the barbecues by the pool. We also had nice weather and missed the cold spell in California that lasted two weeks!

The ship was very well run. Everything ran extremely smoothly.

Overall the ship was well maintained and run efficiently. However this was the first time in over 10 cruises, we experienced items stolen from our stateroom.

The entertainment was excellent and overall the cruise was a phenomenal value for the money. Freestyle dining has pros and cons. The pros are that you can eat anytime you want and get a good selection. The cons are the lack of the five course and upscale meals to which many of us have become accustomed. The ship has undergone renovations. Our room had a broken closet door latch and the balcony needed to be painted. Several of the pieces of equipment in the fitness room were in need of repair.

a very attentive staff,lots to do

The ship was older ... they have only remodeled one floor ... a bit misleading. The people on the cruise were 90% above 65. Heard many coughing. We ended up catching something on the cruise at the mid way point and this made the second half of the cruise less than enjoyable.

Overall impression was fairly good. The freestyle dining seems to create lines during peak times which could last an hour or so. The music was too loud at the pool area which made it difficult to relax or even have a conversation some times. The atmosphere overall though was very good. Almost everyone we talked to were having a great time feeling pampered.

We had a good room with balcony. Enjoyed the many ports the ship offered. The majority of the staff was very friendly. The main desk was very helpful with any problems which arose.It was hard to see the performers in the main theater if sitting in the balcony.Entertainment was so,so. Only had the same 4 movies listed on the tv for the entire 11 night cruise. They only played 2 movies in their atrium at 11:30p.m. for the entire cruise.

There were a fww annoyances e.g. no clocks in the rooms, too many kids in placest hey weren't supposed to be

Overall the ship is nice but the renovations that they have done on the Dawn have not extended themselves into the staterooms.

Our experience on the Dawn was so outstanding that we put a deposit on another cruise with Norwegian for next year but haven't picked which ship.
