A good cruise/needs improvements

Room Type: Balcony

We had a good room with balcony. Enjoyed the many ports the ship offered. The majority of the staff was very friendly. The main desk was very helpful with any problems which arose. It was hard to see the performers in the main theater if sitting in the balcony.Entertainment was so,so. Only had the same 4 movies listed on the tv for the entire 11 night cruise. They only played 2 movies in their atrium at 11:30p.m. for the entire cruise.

Pros: evening entertainment in the Atrium and poolside

Cons: cool to warm food in the buffet cafe/slow service in the main dining area

Recommends Norwegian Dawn? No.

Ship Quality
Poor layout of the main theater, mainly the balcony. Not enough lounge chairs on the promenade deck.
Evening entertainment in the main theater could have been better. Not very many dance/song nights for the 11 night cruise.
Food and Dining
The food in the main and secondary dining rooms were very good. Selection in the buffet area was great just that the food was either warm or cool. The desserts were usually the same and lacking in chocolate.
