The only thing that bothered me was at night, say 10:00 and going to sleep, was the noise of chairs being moved. It would be great if you could put something on the bottom of them. Also on the balcony of each room, that noise of moving tables and chairs !!!

This was a family reunion of 20 ppl. Everyone had so much fun! The additional ppl made the night life, dancing, casinos more fun and lively! Would recommend this cruse. I’m sure very nice and relaxing as a couple yo.

The days in Bermuda were spectacular, but I felt that the days at sea were very long.

If you are looking for great service, then look elsewhere. Servers were annoyed with us asking for straws and drinks (chocolate milk) for our young toddlers because they had to go elsewhere to get them. Some were allowed into the restaurants with shorts on and others were turned away, even though it specifically states in their daily freestyle that shorts were allowed. Have a question? Good luck finding someone who can answer it for you without having to send you elsewhere to find your answer. Concierge app was horrible. Was told that there are multiple access points so we were disconnected from the app multiple times throughout the cruise so you don't get any notifications when someone sends you a message and calls can't get through unless you keep the app open and restart it with every few steps that you take. Other than that, food was good, not the best that I've had, but good enough. The activities were good. I did like that you had the option of dressing up or dressing down. Anytime dining was nice also.

room very small, food in appeared watered down and communication was poor.

Good except for the hot water situation. you would think that we would have hot water instantly in a mini-suite that I paid extra for. That did not make us happy & we never had that happen on the other 4 cruises on Norwegian ships & you need to fix that or we will never cruise with Norwegian again

We chose to walk off with our luggage this time and what a disappointment. Apparently everyone had the same idea and we waited in lines, carrying our luggage for over an hour to just get to the door to get off the ship. People were complaining and hot and miserable!!

overall a great cruise due to the ease of cruising from home. also being in Bermuda is a big plus

Will not go on the Dawn again. It’s showing too much ware. Crew were nice and show great. Overall very expensive for the quality.

Great quality- quantity food and great staff in Garden cafe

We will book NCL again, but not in the Caribbean. Barbara in NextCruise office was rude and did not act professionally. Our balcony room was very good.

small ship..loved that ..not too much entertainment while at sea..clean..my 12 year old son was bored of the camp because not too much to do..too crowed pool and too many young ones in the hot tub....majority friendly staff...

We had some great moments but overall I would not go back on another cruise with Norwegian. We are experienced cruisers and have gone on several different lines. If this was your first cruise you may be ok with it. I was in a mini suite and had to pay for room service and my internet service never worked and guest services could only hand me instructions on how to log on. I took my phone and tablet to them and no one would even try to help me to connect. Not to say they do not have some great people onboard but they are far and few between. Not what you expect to find when you spend this much money.

We had a good time, the NCL Dawn is a good ship, I would do it again.

was very different experience from usual Royal Caribbean. lacked organization, poor communication, staff not familiar with locations on ship. injured during cruise, medical staff exceptional, guest services not customer service oriented, poor communication skills, especially in English. Free style cruising disorganized

This was our second cruise on Norwegian. Loved the ship and staff and definitely would go again.

Once on board, the experience is good. Variety of entertainment, good food, and a lot of fun. The ship claimed to be sold out, which is believable because sea days were extremely crowded. Hard to get tables at the buffet, hard to get chairs on deck, etc.

Loved cruising, hated major inefficiencies/errors.

Great, will apply lessons learned to next cruise. Can’t wait to go again.
