Review summary

was very different experience from usual Royal Caribbean. lacked organization, poor communication, staff not familiar with locations on ship. injured during cruise, medical staff exceptional, guest services not customer service oriented, poor communication skills, especially in English. Free style cruising disorganized

not organized at all, long lines, when registering online prior to departure, there was an assigned arrival time, no one paid attention to this at all.

Seems a lot of comments indicate issues with embarkation in Tampa. Glad you didn't let that or your injury spoil your cruise.
