This was a trip of a lifetime and Norwegian really made it special! Having cruised Celebrity before our expectations were low. Norwegian exceeded our expectations and is now our cruise line of choice!

Wonderful and relaxing cruise. The ports were clean. First time at the ports we stopped at. Not fond of the tendering at Roatan Bay and Harvest Caye as it takes a while to get on and off and waiting etc. Met some fun folks and the staff and crew are so accommodating and welcoming. Love the Dawn and the mini-suite balcony

This repositioning cruise was good with lots of things to do and a lot of fun and interesting ports of call and we only had a couple of issues

Was ok experience. Nothing memorable except horrible embarkment and lost luggage.

It was a fair cruise. Would not sail the Dawn again.

Boarding the ship was awful, we waited three hours to board due to ship not being ready and computer failure. We were told that when we arrived to the ship we could get two different beverage packages due to one cabin member being a diabetic, we were not told that we needed an original document stating so, as a result we had to purchase two drink packages were one one of us drank alcohol. After day two of the cruise we were served the same food for the balance of the cruise which became dried out and stale. We were served Chinese food most of the trip for lunch and dinner. There was basically no entertainment or things to do because the daily fliers were wrong and there were no announcements telling us what was going on or where the things that did happen where they were taking place. We were served cold food when it was suppose to be hot. I was in one of three cabins with other family members, one of the other cabins had a bathroom drain backup and all they did was wash it back down the same drain, no-one came to properly clean it or sanitize the bathroom floor after that. I will never use this cruise line again or recommend it to anyone, as a matter of fact everyone that has asked me about this cruise was given the same report as I am telling you now. Thank you for a miserable time.

I’ve been on 15-20 cruises in my lifetime, all of which were Royal Caribbean, and Carnival and I loved them. The food was phenomenal and the night life was amazing and fun. I had never been on a Norwegian, so I figured I’d give it a try! Well, I regret that I made that decision. Starting from the embarkation, there was a problem. We were supposed to board the ship at 10am, we didn’t board until 4pm! Ok, ok, I TRIED to forgive them, because apparently they were having issues with the gangway. We came aboard STARVING, because we were waiting around for 6 hours for the ship to let us on, so we figured they’d have the restaurants open, NOPE. I was wrong. We had to wait around until 5:30 to get food in our stomachs. And even then, I was expecting the food to be great (hoping it was worth the wait). WRONG AGAIN. The food was SUBPAR, and I’m being generous. Most of it was awful. We had 3-specialty dining meals, which we chose hibachi (Teppanyaki), the steakhouse (Cagneys) and Italian (La Cucina). They were better then the main dining, but still not phenomenal, EXCEPT for the Italian. The Italian was pretty good, but I don’t know if it was really as delicious as I think it was, or delicious by comparison to the nonsense they subjected us to the rest of the trip. Since the Dawn is a small ship, you will feel EVERYTHING. So if you get seasick, DON’T Even bother. I had never gotten seasick on a ship in my life, and I woke up in the middle of the night on two separate nights, throwing up from the movement. The nightlife is TRASH. Other than the one pub that is open 24 hours (Osheehans) which has maybe 10 items on the menu total, everything closes at about midnight. My friend and I (26 and 31) were looking for something fun to do and people around our age to hang out with and meet, but everything closed early, and it was as if it was a geriatric convention. The cabin was of average size, so I cannot complain, but because the ship was refurbished you can tell it’s old with rust spots and the like. And to add insult to injury, It rained almost the whole time. I understand that’s not the cruise lines fault but it just added to the horrible experience. I felt horrible, this was my friends first cruise experience. And I had to keep apologizing, explaining that this wasn’t the norm for a cruise, since it was my idea. Overall, unfortunately I would NEVER sail Norwegian again

Horrible. Please do not go. I took videos that can not be uploaded showing you that the toilets didn’t work 4 times.

cruise was ok, not my choice for an itinerary in November as weather can be unsettled.

maybe I'm just getting older and need more time at port than on the water.

There were too many negative things on this ship which we never experienced on the other cruises we were on. I do not recommend the Dawn until these problems are rectified

This was a unique cruise out of New York. We met people from all over the world. The islands were fantastic and the weather was perfect. We saw the best islands in the Southern Caribbean. You cannot beat Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, St Lucia, St Kitts, Barbados, Grenada and St Thomas. Highly recommended.

It was wonderful. food was delicious and thanks for adding endian food for lunch. we really enjoyed it. House keeping was excellent. waiters were very respectful and efficient.

The F and B manager and her staff made this the best trip we have taken especially on my wife’s 50th they sang to her and the chef made cake for her that we had after dinner in the restaurant!! They were great to her and she was so happy!!! NCL staff was great!!

Worst part was the food. Not even Fresh Hamburgers. Cost for Hot food in the Room.

Great itinerary, but food was hit and miss, too difficult to get reservations for Venetian and Bamboo restaurants waiters were super, show great, captain introduced himself at end?

This cruise was a big disappointment. On board customer service was terrible at Guest Relations if you had a complaint or were dissatisfied. The Quebec City port was a disaster. We missed PEI and our compensation was $9 each....ridiculous.

Cruise was great. Bar tenders ignore you a lot, stand and wait far to long for acknowledgement...(that’s not good).. food so so but the ports are great.

I would cruise again on NCL but not that ship, as we have a cruise in Europe for the Holidays on the Spirit and I hope there is no issues there. You've already canceld one day off of our trip.

We love cruising even though we haven't done many. Small ships are for us, unless we are with family and kids. However, it is extremely disappointing to see how cheap the cruise lines are becoming. When a drink package that includes water is nearly $100 more a day, you aren't allowed to bring your own water aboard... even while at ports!! NO BEVERAGES ALLOWED FROM OUTSIDE, OPENED OR UNOPENED!! By the third day I was dehydrated and drinking water whenever I could find it. I refused to pay $6 for a $2 bottle of water. They are getting cheap on the dining experiences too. No more Lobster night in the main dining room. If you want lobster, there was one specialty restaurant where you could get it, the steakhouse. The same with Escargot, only at the French place. These were the fun things people don't necessarily order at home. I applaud them for reducing portion sizes, since the waste was unbelievable before. But nickle and diming beyond the cost of the cruise is something a lot of travelers can not afford. Word has it cruise lines are pondering 'resort fees' now. If that happens, I'm out.
