Review summary

Was ok experience. Nothing memorable except horrible embarkment and lost luggage.

Absolutely horrific. We waited in line for 3 1/2 hours after security due to multiple problems such as the ship came in 3 hours late. The wifi was down to check people in. Overall is was terrible experience. Was able to get on ship until 4:30 and didnt leave New York unil after 7pm. Dissapointing.

So sorry about lost luggage, we lost a bag a couple years ago getting off the ship and it has never turned up. Luckily with some reimbursement from cruise line and travel insurance we feel like we did ok.
