Review summary

This cruise was a big disappointment. On board customer service was terrible at Guest Relations if you had a complaint or were dissatisfied. The Quebec City port was a disaster. We missed PEI and our compensation was $9 each....ridiculous.

The ship has dead end hallways. Very confusing to find where you want to go. Would never sail on or recommend this ship.

Ship docked at Wharf 30....worst experience I have ever had for leaving the ship. Industrial and ugly. Shuttle to town limited and cost $$. Next you will be charging us to tender to port cities.
