We had a really great time and enjoyed everything except for the former police officer whom we found offensive. The cruise director, Jodie and her assistant, Jojo were great! We loved the evening activities in the Bliss Lounge.
I couldn't find anywhere else to write this last part, so I'm adding it here. We felt that communications could have been improved. What happened in Puerto Rico? The pool was closed and drained on what was probably the hottest day. Some explanation would have been helpful. Also, why, after Puerto Rico, did the self serve buffet change? We were no longer able to serve ourselves? Was it because of the Corona virus? Rumours were really spreading so it would have been helpful to have an explanation for that as well.
At one point our toilet didn't flush, but when we called we were told that they already knew and were working on it. Again, it would have been nice to be informed.
Embarkation

Although we picked one of the later times to embark, we arrived about an hour early but this was not a problem. The embarkation was smooth and fast.

All the food was great. We did not dine in the buffet in the evenings but we did eat breakfast and lunch there. There was always a great selection. We had a 5 restaurant dining package. Our favourite restaurant was Le Bistro - really delicious, but they were all good.

There was always a lot to choose from. We mostly stayed by the pool when the weather was good, but we did enjoy the trivia games.

The entertainment was super. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because of the speaker who was a former police officer. I believe his name was Dave Bryant. We had expected his talks to be interesting - and they were - but his overtly political comments left a very bad taste in our mouths. He even began one by saying that he would not make it political and then proceeded to speak very badly about the FBI.

Very comfortable, but our room was not very clean upon embarkation. This was remedied very quickly, however. I do understand that they stewards only have a very short time to clean the cabins between guests. The areas that were not clean were the high shelves and we would not have noticed had we not needed to use them.
Great island. We went on the train excursion. Although we loved seeing the country and the train guide was great, we would not recommend this trip - at least not from the first car at the back. It began to rain and the rain came in just where we were sitting so we had to stand for much of the journey. The trains rocks and jolts a lot. It is very loud, squealing and screeching. We asked why they do not oil it and we were told that it would come off the tracks if they did!!!!! Not a very comforting thought. The diesel fumes were overwhelming and I began to feel really nauseated.
