Review summaryGood cruise overall, but was disappointed in the food. Osheehans and Bamboo maintained some of the best and most consistent food and snacks. Main Dining and Specialty Restaurants DISSAPOINTING! No prime rib, lobster and shrimp!!! Meat in dining rooms was mostly tough overcooked beef. Specialty restaurants were equally disappointing.!! Cagneys- "slow cooker prime rib", was coated with a rub and grilled. Gratin potatoes were cold and uncooked! Lol Logos- food was bland!!!! What?? No salsa or hot sauce!!!! Margarita was good. Not what I expect from South American food. Moderno- skewered meat was mediocre, though the filet was good. The salad bar was not replenished, the The serving of mashed potatoes, rice, mushrooms..etc. placed on table was cold and tasteless.!!!I Most of Garden Cafe meats for lunch and dinner were of ground meat. Meatballs, lasagna...meatloaf..... Main dining......more!!! Of particular bad offerings...Stoganoff!!!! Horrible,!! Three people at our table ordered it... No one ate it! Cream soups bad! Final night I ordered chicken picatta... It came out nicely browned with sauce. Cut into it, was rubbery and cool....bad texture!!! Either it had been microwaved or frozen.. Ate the side dishes, cut it up and did not want to embarrass the hard working servers.!!! NCL definitely needs to do some quality control on the foods and prep!!!!!!!!!! Taste! Temp! Quality!
