My first NCL cruise in steam boat was in 1987. This Dawn has the best of port of calls, staff(maybe captain) over PA system explains panama canal in very detail, I give him 5 stars.

Dress code of main dining area are not enforced. Specialty restaurants La Cucina likes cafeteria. Buffets area even worse, people use their own bottle to refill at fountain, took their used dirty dishes to get more food. I did not see any worker of ship to advise passengers of wrong doing. Washy washy at door was not doing their job. I ate biscuit and eggs every breakfast, the biscuit on 11/23/2019 had fungus(mold), I called ship personnel in white uniform, he took my biscuit and removed entire tray off the counter. I showed the picture I took to my family, they all said it is MOLD. Do they bake biscuit daily? Or recycled from previous days leftover? DAWN is the worst ship I have experienced in NCL.
Onboard Activities

Dance lessons were interesting and teacher were fun to get along. But classes were limited.
Karaoke program was fun, singers are talented.
Entertainment

Ship's stage shows are very nice, dancers, singers and band were work every hard and did very good jobs. Bliss lounge is tooooo small, I prefer Spinnaker.

DAWN does not have Spinnaker, that area was used to build move rooms. BLISS dance pool is too small. Many large columns blocking views of stage.
Cabin / Stateroom

with inside cabin, it is large enough. Other ship changed bed sheet every week. I did not see any change in 15 days.
Ship tip
Eat in main dining area, because buffet area at meal time is like war zone. Water coffer stand is in the middle of dining area, blocking traffic.
