Love the freestyle dining and being able to make advance reservations for specialty dining....bartenders always very attentive..never waited too long for service. The menu for all restaurants should be available either in the room or on TV..first night missed out on Easter dinner because we weren't aware of what was being served at each location and was not familiar with location of all restaurants as yet.

My cruise overall was very good, I met 2 staff members from my home country, I felt good meeting the executive chef (was my brother's math student in high school), and the executive housekeeper also family friend. I enjoyed the free style dining very much, and I also enjoyed not having waiters in my face on deck forcing me to purchase drinks like on some other ships. I'm an occasional drinker so when someone keep asking you every 15 min if you are ready for that drink is very annoying, so this was very good.

Our group size was 26 (7 families) overall it was an awesome experience. Totally a fun filled and relaxing cruise time with Friend and Family.

Overall, it was an "okay" cruise. We always make the best of our situation. We have fun together. Given the issues we ran into on the ship, I will say it left me wanting more and expecting more out of NCL.

The cruise overall was great. The ship was too big for me. Too many people. Will do Norwegian again, just a smaller ship

Had a very much needed break and loved that we didn't have to take a plane and then board the ship. Hassle free and great! It was relaxing and much more than what I expected.

Boring. Not enough show . The food is not so great .

I am not sure if my husband and I would sail again on ncl as the cruise consultant should have been much more helpful. we should have been compensated for the ship excursions being cancelled and not being able to go the private island.

Nice cruise. Had a great time but common areas are too small and congested for the number of people.

Overall, this cruise was an awesome one with my family.

I'm sure this cruise would be a completely different experience in spring or summer. Next time, winter departure from FL and go more south! First time on NCL and overall a good experience with the kids and large group we were travelling with. Beverage package well worth it! Price point was a great value and overall a good time!

My entire cruise felt like a long running chain of very poor communication, very poor event planning, lackadaisical house keeping, and lack-luster customer service (and very expensive drinks but thats expected) I was also disappointed that the fun-loving Washy Washy, Happy Happy people from my first NCL cruise was nowhere to be found on this cruise. Technically, yes, they were there but they didn't care. There was no washy washy or happy happy from them and they really couldn't have cared less if you disinfected your hands at all. One time i even put my hands out to be sprayed and that person gave me a look like i was inconveniencing them by asking and reluctantly spritzed my hands without hardly so much as even eye contact, much less a word.

I picked this cruise this year because it fell perfectly with my sons school break but this year was a major wake up call that maybe NCL is not for us...we'll be looking elsewhere for our future endeavors

We were scheduled to leave at 3PM however due to the insane wind that continued the entire week and resulted in cold, windy weather and inability to dock at port one day, we were unable to leave until 8PM. This then resulted in us arriving to FL late and only having a few short hours in the late afternoon to enjoy Port Canaveral. The wind was so bad, we were unable to dock at Great Stirrup Cay at all and when we docked at Nassau, it was windy and cold. If leaving from NY during the colder months, plan on losing out on nice weather automatically for 4 days (2 days down coast, 2 days back, all 4 days brisk and cold, reminding you your headed back to NE!) With such poor weather, many of the onboard amenities were unavailable through the majority of the week including several pools and hot tubs at various times, the rock climbing wall, mini golf, sun decks, and the ropes course through most of the week.While the weather could not be controlled, you would hope the things that could be would be great. The customer service was awful and minimally existent. (We had 3 staff people the entire week who were polite and helpful: Wyvon, our amazing stateroom steward/ housekeeper, Sveltlana at the Mandara Spa, and a waitress at O Sheehans whose name I cannot recall, but want to say Rosalie.) We waited irrationally long for meals and beverages, things were often forgotten, wait staff didn't return to check on you or see if you needed anything else, and the spa masseurs try to upsell you so aggressively that it makes you regret getting a massage.

Not sure I would cruise with Norwegian again. It's too bad, have seen Discovery Channel shows and many trailers for the Breakaway but once on board, it did not impress me.

I was very disappointed. Especially of the fact that I could have died from those toxic fumes. Thank God my husband was able to open the balcony door and I had to actually sleep there sitting up because it was too small for a lounge chair. It caused me to have a asthma attach. My husband is still sneezing now from those fumes. No one came to assist us although I called from the cabin phone 3 times.

Overall an OK experience - i will not take another cruise however...its not really my style of vacation.

It was my first time.on a cruise I was told that after you take one cruise become addicted totally true Will definitely do it again

Not enough outside free space, food is not healthy enough, gym is too small, sport complex is really just another playground for children.

worst cruise i ever took. this is my third one. never will take ncl again.
