worst cruise i ever took. this is my third one. never will take ncl again.

we were never told that they were charging around $2 a drink while at port in usa on drinks as port tax on top of all the other drink charges.

we told them we were all vegetarian so i am not sure why they could not get us more the 1 dish from the regular menu. all other cruise lines i have taken do it on the spot. we were told to go to restaurant 24 hrs before everytime and have them do special meal. we did that and guess what.. they gave us the same meal that was being served in the buffet. sounds special so basically we ate at buffet every single day.

Onboard Activities

most activities they promote like rock climbing mini golf ect.. all have set times that are only few hours and the line backs up. so basically they have all these things to do but you can almost never do them.

Children's Programs

i wish i could give this a minus star. the worst experience was with the children program. everyday you had to wait over an hour in line to get your child into the facility and some day after waiting you were told that they were full and to try later. i spoke to multiple managers and supervisors all basically waited my time and told me they could no do anything. this was one of the main reason i took the cruise over other options so my kids could go to the children program and we could have some time to relax. I did not have this issue with royal caribbean or carnival. i will never take ncl ever again for this reason. And i am not the only one hundreds of parents felt the same way.

Huh? Veggie lasagna was on my menu & beef. Plenty of salads, veggie burgers & rice. Let me put a pic up

My sister cruises NCL & they love it, never a problem. It’s her that inspired me to go on our 1st cruise, just a few days.

Sorry, hard to believe you were charged a 15% NYC / NY sales tax on your beverage.... yes, there is a small sales tax charged at most US ports but not 15%. This is not an NCL charge....
