Disappointed in the food and smoking onboard, if these are important issues for you I would book elsewhere!

This is my 3rd cruise on Norwegian and overall my 25th plus cruise. This ship along with its sister ship the getaway are great and super fun ships! The food it top notch and the service was excellent from everyone on the staff. This was my 1st time in the Haven Suites, this was overall the BEST experience and took cruising to the next level! I would recommend this ship again and again, can't wait to plan my next Norwegian cruise!

This cruise has beautiful ports. It was a little too "spring break" for us. There were "twerking" contests on the pool deck. The pool deck lacked sufficient space for all guests so when at sea, we couldn't even get a pool chair. People reserved chairs all day without sitting in them and their items were never removed as signs stated they would be. We love Norweigan, but wouldn't take this cruise again.

Big ship but still had a personal feel I would definitely recommend this ship & cruise to others

The Excursion are good but really read the reviews. Some places are not the great beaches that are posted. Buy water for your trip on board, and 24 will do just fine. You can get wheel chair service at all the stop but you have to go to security to make them. The buffet staff Neli and Amo were very helpful and professional, also were Alex Jair Murillo the assistant waiter, did a great job taking care of my elderly parents. Job well done.

We will try another Norwegian ship, but I doubt we will ever return to the Western Caribbean.

We had an enjoyable vacation. While the food was very good we were not thrilled with NCL and found much of the staff to be cold and unhelpful as a general rule.

Heard several staff members were quarantined due to illness. They didn’t have enough staff for the amount of people on the ship. Service was slow and without personality or a smile. The worst cruise experience I’ve ever had

This was our 4th Norwegian Cruise. Some things are better some are not. Don't overpack. Bring plenty of sunscreen. Ask yourself if you really need to wear a speedo or a thong. There are some views I will ( sadly ) never forget.

The overall cruise was good. The room experience put a negative factor to the overall cruise. The various ports of call were really a joy to see and experience. The excursions were well worth the money and were a great way to experience the Mayan ruins, the great barrier reef as well as the animal sanctuary and beaches.

I made an appointment at the SPA early on a "Port" day so that I could receive a 15% discount. Since we were not "technically" docked at the start of my session, I was not extended the advertised discount. Additionally, the price listed on the Norwegian App was not the amount charged-despite the SPA acknowledging that they knew the pricing had not been updated on the APP. I felt ripped off twice. Just an observation for NCL to consider, their needs to be a greater focus on the "under-age" passenger. There appeared to be a good amount of drinking and gambling (without parental supervision). I would imagine that this could prove to be a serious liability.

Overall, the cruise and ports were fantastic. We loved the ship, the food and the excursions. We were a little skeptical at first about booking excursions that were not part of Norwegian directly, but we had nothing but a perfect experience with both excursions we booked. The ship was beautiful, the food was excellent and the people were amazing. Roatan and Costa Maya were our favorite stops. We highly recommend this cruise!

The cruise was good I have a better expectation about it with the price that I pay It should be much better I was very disappointed that we can’t used the pool the staff didn’t impress me at all

This cruise had some high points (the rock wall, ropes course, water slides and some of the dining options). It also had many low points (cigarette smoke you couldn't avoid, some to the dining options, the awful drinks package for kids). Based on my experience I am seriously considering not taking another Norwegian cruise.

Overall, it was am amazing family cruise. Their were 13 of us and we all enjoyed it and have made many memories.

We were on a family cruise. There were so many options for all of us to do. We had dinners together and spent time together but we also had time for the couples. My boyfriend and me chose to have two dinners on or own so we could spend quality together.

We absolutely loved our trip. The best vacation my husband and I have ever had. We loved it and have already booked another cruise on Norwegian.

Our family had a great time!! Looking into our next cruise on the Bliss!
