Review summary

We had an enjoyable vacation. While the food was very good we were not thrilled with NCL and found much of the staff to be cold and unhelpful as a general rule.

Our room steward was friendly and helpful. When my grandchildren asked for towel animals he was happy to supply them with different ones each night. The waitstaff in the restaurants were terrible with the exception of the table we sat at the first night. After 3 terrible experiences we asked for the first waiter and assistant the rest of the nights.

The cabin was small and there were several problems in the room that required assistance. The toilets in all our cabins repeatedly had flushing problems. The balconies were very cramped as compare to others we have had.
