Have been on many cruises before and this was one of my least favorites of all time. So much that I had the discretionary service charges removed. After I had gone to guest services on multiple occasions to correct charges, I have now left the ship & have a lot of random charges from NCL now and I am in the process of disputing. I gave cash tips where I felt it was deserved. There were things onboard we never even got to use because of the overcrowding etc. Still have plenty of other complaints unmentioned but I cannot go on with this review anymore.

I'm not one to complain, and rarely leave reviews, but after this experience I have no desire to ever do another cruise again. The days when you're at sea, if you don't secure a chair with a towel by 7am, you don't get a chair up top. The boat was miserably crowded and you spend your time waiting in lines for everything. For the amount of money I spent on airfare, lodging and extras, I could have had a much better time at an all-inclusive, so I'll chalk this up as lesson learned. Also - don't bother paying for kids drink packages if you have an adult beverage package because they never swipe your kids cards and it's just an extra way to make $$$. More importantly, don't bother buying any upgraded wifi package because the wifi on the ship is awful.

It was a very nice cruise. The ship was beautiful and easy to navigate.

overall good cruise. Entertainment was great. Food was good. Staff was pleasant.

Norwegian does not disappoint. They are constantly trying to maintain their service even with a large number of quests.

I have cruised over Christmas without any of the crowds, but admittedly they were river cruises with 200 or so passengers. With a full boat all we did was wait for our excursions or our tenders or our drinks. I may try another cruise line after this.

Overall happy with the cruise would sail with NCL again but not over the Xmas holiday way to crowded.

I would not sail this ship again. Too large and the food was not the best. I enjoyed the ports and wish there was more time in St. Thomas, less in Tortola. The staff was great and our room was very comfortable.

It was an amazing first cruising experience. We will definitely be booking our next one soon!

I had a wonderful time from beginning to end Norwegian will definitely see me just about every year! Love that ship!

This was my first cruise and the wife's 5th(first on NCL). She enjoyed it much more than Carnival and Royal. We really liked the Free Style dinning! I didn't want to be tied down to specific dinning times nor be seated with a bunch of strangers. Being an older couple I was worried that I would not enjoy being tied to a ship and the crowds for 7 days but at the end of the day I really enjoyed it and would do it again. I fear that I would be disappointed with any other cruise line other than NCL, based on my wife's experiences.

Excellent cruise all in all. We really enjoyed the show tenors of rock, it was fantastic!

We really enjoyed our cruise. Our experience with Norwegian and will book again. I am still upset about the towel animals and was disappointed that there were no Christmas decorations the first week of December. The service was good but the service on the smaller ships was great, much more personal and consistent.

Had us change rooms at the very last min. not sure why. We moved down two decks closer to the Kids area?????????

Very nice cruise with pleasant staff and good entertainment.

Our first Norwegian cruise and probably our last based on it. Based on the crowded entertainment venues, condition of the mattress and couch in our state room and the general atmosphere of the cruise itself; we will go back to Holland America and Princess as our favorites.

The ship, food, crew, and activities were great. The ports of call, only saw one of three, Tortola was good, very interesting. The other two, we have only regret.

This is a very nice & big cruise ship with several things to do, however it did seem to be a little under staffed compared to how many passengers there were. The atrium had a lot of the activities I liked to do but there was not enough room/seating for everyone. Where some of the seats were you could not see the screen due to the overhang of the above floor.
