Disappointing. Disappointing. Disappointing. Disappointing. VERY Disappointing.

The weather really dampened our trip which of course is not in NCL’s control. However I do wish the cruise line had been better prepared to handle all the people who had to stay indoors on the ship by adding activities or entertainment options throughout the day as a plan B since almost no one got off in the rain at each port. Or better yet, changing the itinerary if possible to avoid the weather.

I have been on the Breakaway 2 other times and this ship was good overall. Food and drinks were excellent. No problems in that department. Syd Norman's band performances (Rumors by Fleetwood Mac) were awesome but you will struggle to get in to get a seat so you must line up at least an hour before showtime. It rained incessantly for the majority of the cruise but ship areas were clean and games/shows/trivia kept me plenty busy if I wanted to attend. Slept a lot and enjoyed the much needed rest. Looking forward to cruising next year or 2024 again.

Honestly, I won’t cruise with NCL ever again. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a cruise from beginning til the end.

Although we enjoyed our cruise, the experience and customer service was definitely not on par with our prior cruises. Also a lot of hidden charges that frustrated me.

Overall we enjoyed the cruise. Our two biggest issues were short staffing, especially in the bars, and a lack of enforcement of the adult areas. We get that people want a family friendly environment but that doesnt mean kids need an all access pass to the entire place.

We have good times , enjoy the shows, activities, food and service

This wasn’t the best ship .I love NCL but for some reason it was very un organized . The best thing was my bartender Benji He was the best . I will not travel on Norwegian breakaway again

This cruise was our second on the Breakaway. We really enjoyed the food and excellent service!

Perfect quick getaway and beautiful ports. On board personnel and facilities on NCL was too notch. Freestyle dining option was great! Really need to improve the embarking and disembarking procedures - very inefficient and frustrating.

This was a great first cruise for my husband. He got to experience Norwegian's first rate service, food, and entertainment. I love all the ports of call on this cruise. There's always so much to see and do.

Since we live close to the port, this is a frequent vacation for us. It doesn't disappoint -- would like some vegan items on restaurant menus to be added. Service overall was good. Spa is pricey but good.

First cruise so I learned not to trust much of anything. I was never offered a drink package and I couldn’t use the credit card I signed up for to get my onboard credit. Once onboard the drink package was over $900 and no top shelf drinks were included.

The menu in the Haven for all three meals were the same everyday. Should vary the menu daily. There was no formal tea on the ship. This is a nice feature on other cruise lines.

Cruising is not the same as it was when we started 15 years ago. They are taking away the little thing, I.e. towel animals at night, chocolate night. The shows are not as enjoyable. It’s still a great way to vacation but is loosing it’s flair.

Fun trip with a lot of time to relax, though 4 ports back to back can be tiring if you do a lot of excursions. As someone with only one prior cruise that had been booked and managed by a family member, I was not aware of the need to book excursions and restaurants well in advance. I lost out on a few opportunities due to that. Still in all, I would recommend this cruise to anyone who needs a week-long break to refresh and enjoy some island time. Recommend booking at some time other than November. Lots of rain and not as much sun as there could have been at another time of year. NCL has terrific staff who will take great care of you!

Bad from start to finish. Couple of people stood out as above and beyond and we noted them, but with prior cruises we usually had a long list and not just people we struggled to find. 1 of our large group filed a complaint, the rest of us have been too sick and beaten down to do the same. She got a letter saying basically 'sorry you had bad time; hope you sail with us again'. So yeah, not impressed. I sure hope this isn't the post COVID 'cruise industry' must make up all the losses type consequences that we are going to start to see on all cruise ships. I so hope that is not going to happen.
