Although we enjoyed our cruise, the experience and customer service was definitely not on par with our prior cruises. Also a lot of hidden charges that frustrated me.

Horrible. Honestly made me never want to get on a Norwegian cruise again. Totally disorganized. Took over 2 hours of standing in line. It was a miserable experience.

Charges are never hidden. You know up front what you are paying for. As for debarking, it’s likely because you didn’t follow directions. Never have I been in line for an extended period of time to debark a ship.
