A great vacation. No major issues or complaints.

We sailed the Breakaway to enjoy each others company, see new sights and eat good food. Two out three is not bad. We did see new sights and we did enjoy each other's company. Service and food quality is not what it used to be, so will not be sailing on the Breakaway again.

We cruise a lot and the Breakaway seemed far more crowded than the other ships that we've been on. Also, NCL has gotten to the point where they are kind of the "Spirit Airlines" of cruise lines. They seemed to be nickel and diming us for just about everything including their "Free at Sea" program in which hardly anything offered is really free as you do come up against some type of charge using these "Free" services. In fact, we've been noticing a trend on our NCL trips where the costs are going up with charges being more frequent but quality seems to be going down. They were once our preferred cruise line but no longer.

Very relaxing. No issues. The trip went smoothly and enjoyed the ship, the food and drinks. The crew was great! Very happy and will definitely cruise again.

Very nicely run ship, organized and clean. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

We loved the trip even though we did not receìve the open bar. Loved the open dining with adequate seating at any time. Much better than the long lines and full restaurants of other ships. The entertainment was amazing.

This was our first cruise - we were expecting better - maybe we will try again with a different line - literally thousands of dollars of hidden charges - give me the numbers up front don't nickel and dime me

We always enjoy cruising. This cruise ship is not well designed to handle crowds. Too much smoking indoors.

We had a very nice time. I was a little concerned when I went to the bar two days before we were home and they told us they were out of our beer of choice. We finally found a bar that had it but that wasn’t easy.

Embarkation and the first port day were chaotic and confusing that I was starting to think cruising wasn't going to be for me. The trick is to plan less and jus go with the flow. Yeah you might miss out on most of the shows, but at least you're not stressed about it.

Very good overall. Four time changes is crazy, they could not keep up with changing their clocks and it is not client friendly to keep changing. They should use ship's time. The Safety briefing on the 2nd week of our trip was a disaster. It was a repeat of the safety video that we had already watched three times. It took almost 1/2 hour to start and there were not enough seats in our section ((A-1). 25 people had to stand. We took an excursion to the Mayan ruins out of Harvest Caye. The tour guides where great but it was advertised as 4 1/2 hours but took 6 1/4. Lunch was not until 2 pm, many unhappy about that. Dave & Jeanette Fitton

All of the staff deserve a raise!! We had a very full ship and they worked very hard to keep things going smoothly. Thank you Breakaway crew!

It was a nice getaway. The warm weather renewed us while we sipped on great drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. Many food options. Price was reasonable.

verry, verry loud ship. not much pool chair space. most of deck taken up with activities. wine on basic package unacceptable, if wine drinker, upgrade! liquor was good though. very hard to get into specialty dining, hard to make reservations and even when said none available, the restaurants were only half full. latitudes program useless, no special number or representative onboard. no phone service took messages, spent long, long time listening to phones ring until someone answered

This was the worst cruise I have ever been on. From the waste of money with the priority boarding, to the salt room being out of order, the shows not being available, and the shortened port times, it was incredibly disappointing. We treated my mother and my aunt to this cruise and were excited for them to see why we enjoy cruising so much. Unfortunately it was not a good experience and they don't understand the appeal of cruising.

We were very pleased overall with this cruise! We enjoyed the ship and there were a lot of activities to keep everyone busy. Entertainment was very good, enjoyed the shows and the Dueling Piano performances. H20/Spice is a great venue for the night time parties. Staff was friendly and all worked very hard. We saw a few passengers complaining about minimal things, but people...you're on vacation, let it go and enjoy. We booked this cruise knowing that we would not be getting off on several of the ports and enjoyed the quietness of the ship during those days. Take some time to enjoy the Waterfront. We paid for the show Velvet which was extra but well worth it. We also paid to go in the Ice Bar which was pretty cool. Overall this was a very good cruise and we enjoyed ourselves!

Although the cruise was far from perfect, we had a great time and are looking forward to our next cruise.

We had a blast at our temporary home away from home. There was never a dull moment, and the service was superb! Can’t wait for the next trip!

Don't think I will ever sail Norwegian out of New Orleans again
