Review summary

I would never take a Norwegian cruise again after the way they handle my luggage they offered a port valet service but my bags still are no where to be found and there is no number to call at Ncl. Only email. I feel violated. And believe my bags never left the ship. They impossible to reach. Only contact via submission over email. Yo call the ship they want me to pay 7.95 a minute. My bags are big at the terminal or airport I’m disgusted with this company. Do not use them

Your insurance should cover the loss. Best of luck and thanks for sharing

At least you lost it at the end of your trip… hahaha. And like everyone else mentioned NCL has nothing to do with the porters.

For the last few years I’ve been putting an Apple AirTag in my luggage. It’s always reassuring to check and see that your luggage made it onto the plane!

You are aware that NCL has nothing to do with Port Valet? Port of Seattle runs this. You need to contact them, not NCL.

How upsetting

What a terrible ending to what seemed like a great cruise. I sincerely hope you get your luggage back.

Appreciate the post

Did you try contacting the Port of Seattle which manages the valet service? They have a website with bag tracking information. I seriously doubt NCL just left your bags on the ship.

Glad you enjoyed the cruise until your luggage disappeared.
