Review summary

We enjoyed most of the ports. The itinerary was difficult as we arrived in port at 6 am and returned early to the ship. The day in Ketchikan we were cut short a few hour due to a parade for the 4th of July. We did not get the chance to explore the city after the Lumber Jack show. Other ports the restaurants were just opening as we needed to get to the ship. Victoria, we arrived at 8pm. It was a late evening and then an morning to leave the ship.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
I found the food to be mediocre. The buffet was repetitive and the food was average. We did not eat there as many time as past cruises. Main dining room the again the food was average. Sometimes delivered cold and had to be sent back. Now the Speciality restraunts were very good, we dining French and Italian. Both the service was fantastic, the food was tasty and hot.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There is something on board for everyone. We ended up not seeing any shows although they were ll the buzz the next day. We played Deal or No Deal and it was fun along with Bingo.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We did see one comedian his name was Nick. He was funny and worth going to see.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
The service was spotty. Some of the servers were very nice and polite others just ignored you. We dock at a few port at 6 am, went ashore and when we got back wanted to do a nap, our room was not prepared. We skipped service those days on our request. Other days the service was fine. We were club level and on other cruise lines our steward made it a point to introduce himself on the first day. We did not see our steward till the 3rd day.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was very clean. Very congested on the elevators. IT would have been nice to have a set mid ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Oh my the bathroom had room to move and the shower was better than the one we have at home.... The room was clean. Took us to the last night to discover there was a USB port by the bed. (it was a little hidden) Ample space for our clothes
