Review summary

The cruise was wonderful but the boarding part waited for a wheelchair for 2hrs. Along with other people. And the seating at the garden cafe was overcrowded at times And the observation deck people were sleeping in there so there was no room to see the glacier’s really. But overall it was a nice cruise I would recommend staff to monitor the water station people were filling up there personal water bottles touching the faucet.yuck!

It was too late for us to do anything at this port. Time was short hours and it was 8pm nothing was open downtown

Horrible Customer Service - Buyer Beware!

Lots of fun, but didn't stop in Juneau however still had to pay the port fees
