Review summary

My main concern was they didn't stop in Juneau but still had to pay port fees. I asked about that a guest services and they gave me a card to email NCL The email address on the card was no good!!

Wow I always considered NCL a smokers cruise. Yeah I don’t agree with cruise lines keeping the port fees. I believe they pad the port fees. Carnival charges $130 for three Mexican riviera ports. Disney charges $120 for one of those same ports.

In my experience if you end up skipping a port they automatically credit the port fees to your onboard account. It’s usually only $10-15, and quite possible you didn’t even notice it.
