Our room steward was very good but waiters were awful. We were in the pay restaurant and my husband couldn't even get a refill on his water.

The size of suite on Norwegian does not compare to the suite on Carnival

Paid over three hundred dollars and saw one waterfall

Cruise Glacier Bay

3 out of 5
It was not what I expected at all.

KETCHIKAN (WARD COVE), ALASKA

Barely could get off ship and had to get back on. There was a huge line to be taken back to the ship

Victoria, British Columbia

The only reason Norwegian stops there is because they have to stop in an international port. So again, we barely got off the ship and had to get back on.

Disembarkation

That was one thing that was great they took our bags straight to the airport and we didn't have to touch them
