Review summary

We really enjoyed Alaska and the beautiful scenery. The ship was very clean and the staff were great. We were a little disappointed in Norwegian. We have only sailed Royal Caribbean prior to this cruise and we preferred the overall experience on RC.

The process was not very organized in a tight space. Process took over 1 hour.

The main dining rooms were nice the food was average. The buffet was the best food we had on board.

The staff was outstanding. The ship seemed to have less staff than other cruises we have been on.

The bathroom was excellent. The rest of the room was cramped. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were worn out.

Take your own pillow and get to the observation deck early for the best views.

The most disappointed stop. We arrived late and had less than 3 hours in port after dark. We could have skipped Icy straight and spent the time here to enjoy a great city.
